Torrential Downpour
That was some nasty storms I drove through on my way home. I was at work until quarter to nine due to a network problem. When I left, I drove Lower Wacker out to Lake Shore Drive. Coming up the ramp from Lower Wacker out onto LSD I swear felt like driving through Niagra Falls. It definitely woke me up anyway (a good thing when you are driving). The rain was coming down in sheets, quickly starting to flood the drive. Lightning was almost constant.
I was about ready to get out and begin frantically building an arc.
