I’ve been running WordPress 1.5 for awhile now (ran a few of the beta builds prior to it’s release), but finally started getting it properly configured. One thing I’m a little disappointed in is the loss of some of the link manager options (like no admin control over the updated link formatting options). Almost sounds like an opening for a plug-in to be written to add those back in.

I’ve also, as I previously mentioned, installed a new theme called CleanBreeze that is pretty functional (and with some slight modifications getting closer to a style I’m comfortable with). Header is borrowed from another CleanBreeze fan Phil who was kind enough to make some headers and provide them for free (I suck at graphics).

I have also added some plug-ins including a spell checker (now you have no excuse…. but then again neither do I ;)), gravatar support, and spam karma all to make this a little bit better place to visit. Anyway, I’m getting a little more settled again so I hopefully will get back to posting more frequently again. If you have any comments on the updated site, you know where to click.
